VersaSol - Indirect Storage Vessel
Overview
The VersaSol is our range of Enamel-Lined Indirect Storage Vessels designed for the production of Domestic Hot Water. The vessel can be used in combination with a range of energy sources including traditional sources such as boilers as well as renewable sources such as Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP), Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar Thermal systems. The VersaSol range is made up of two vessel configurations:
- VS2 - 800 to 1500 Litres
- VS3 - 1500 to 2000 Litres (with side inspection opening)
Each vessel is CE Marked and manufactured in accordance with DIN 4753 T3.
Materials of Construction
Manufactured from Carbon Steel, the whole range is lined with a Food Grade Lining to ROYAL Decree 891/2006 & EC Regulation 1935/2004.
Vessel Protection
Each vessel is supplied with a magnesium anode for protection, in addition to a charge meter for control and maintenance purposes.
Insulation
The VersSol range is insulated with a rigid, mould-injected polyurethane foam to maintain stoage temperature over a prolonged period of time. Vessels with a capcity of up to 500 Litres are supplied with an ErP label as standard. The vessel standing heat loss and ErP Energy Class for each vessel can be found in the table below.
